Paige Banks assesses the couple's luck ahead of Decision Day

In a summary of Wednesday's episode, the MAFS alum revealed which pair he thought was made for long-distance and which was more suited as friends.
Paige Banks appeared in Season 12 of Married at First Sight, which took place in Atlanta in 2021. Although she was married to Chris Williams at the time, the couple had divorced. On January 5, the 14th season of "Married at First Sight" premiered on Lifetime and follows five Boston-based couples as the realities of their lives together are revealed. Banks summarizes Wednesday night's episodes to PEOPLE and which team they think they deserve for the long haul.
Oh, what season! Season 14 is full of ups and downs and everything in between. I think this is one of the most exciting weeks for the couple as it will be their last time together before making one of the most significant decisions of their lives.
While I haven't been able to experience it personally, I imagine that the last moments together will validate how they feel or maybe not about their partner. I also like that they can ask friends and family for advice, whether they are fully supportive of the relationship or not.
Here are my thoughts on each pair after watching this week's episode.
Lindsay and Mark
Lindsay and Mark are a pretty dynamic duo. I think they are both undergoing tests to see if they can have "baby sharks" in the future, which shows the investment and dedication in their marriage. However, I think Mark was undecided about his decision day decision compared to Lindsay. Given what happened to his family, it cannot be easy to make the right decision when many external factors are happening in your life.
On the other hand, I'm glad Mark acknowledged how much he supports Lindsay. He cares for him, and I hope they can continue to develop their relationship. One moment that stood out to me was when Mark's girlfriend said, "Appreciate the last part of their relationship because that's progress." That's what marriage means—progress, not perfection. No relationship will ever be picture perfect. We have to fight, and I think together in the last eight weeks, they will come to an agreement that suits them best.
