His first cookbook, The Hamlyn All Color Cookbook, was published in 1970, and he continues to write more than 50 other books and has sold millions of copies worldwide.

She became the name of a new generation of cake lovers thanks to her role as in The Great British Bake Off, along with Paul Hollywood, Mel Hydroyk, and Sue Perkins.
