LadBaby reaches historic fourth Christmas number one.

YouTube star and charity campaign LadBaby calls for the UK number one Christmas to break the record for fourth time Consequence. Sausage Rolls For Everyone, a collaboration between Ed Sheeran and Sir Elton John, was crowned on Friday.

LadBaby has surpassed The Beatles and Spice Girls with consecutive number one Christmases. Annual singles Mark and Roxana Hoyle raise funds for the Trussell Trust charity.

"It means a lot to us, and thank you so much for all the support, positivity, and love you have shown us over the past few weeks... over the past four years!" They said.

The Nottinghamshire couple topped the charts for the first time in 2018 with We Built This City, a cover of the 1985 hit Starship; followed by I Love Sausage Rolls, she picked up The Arrows / I Love Rock 'n' Roll from Joan Jet; and last year's Don't Stop Me Eatin', a cheeky version of Journey's favorite power ballad.

This year's effort is also a cover – albeit a bit of a different kind.

The couple contacted Sheeran and Sir Elton to revise their new Christmas song, Merry Christmas, released just three weeks ago.

The pop superstar even appeared in a video as Sheeran teamed up with the Hoyles family earlier this week to help distribute grocery packages at the Waveney Foodbank in Suffolk.

With a combination of savvy PR and public goodwill, LadBaby's song replaces Sheeran and Sir Elton's number one original just in time for Christmas.

They are the first group to score four consecutive Christmas points and overtake The Beatles with the most overall Christmas points.

The Fab Four topped the Christmas charts between 1963-65 and 1967, while the Spice Girls scored three goals between 1996-98.

Martin Talbot, CEO of Official Charts Company, said, "Comparing The Beatles and the Spice Girls [with three in a row] was a fantastic feat last year, but beating them both while adding money and raising awareness for The Trussell Food Bank Trust is incredible. ."

Guinness World Records congratulated LadBaby on the record for the most consecutive number one Christmases and shared a photo of the certificate on Twitter.
