Dave, Arctic Monkeys, and Megan Thee Stallion to feature 2022 occasion

Icy Monkeys, Megan Thee Stallion, and Dave are among the craftsmen featuring the 2022 Reading and Leeds celebration. The three-day occasion will occur over the Bank Holiday weekend from 26 to 28 August.
Icy Monkeys last performed live in the UK in 2018, yet last month they declared dates for a European visit one year from now. Rap metal band Rage Against The Machine, most famous for their 2009 Christmas number one mission for Killing In The Name, are likewise on the Reading and Leeds line-up.

'The standard, worn-out young men were playing the standard, worn-out line-ups.' "It's an enormous honor, particularly to be in the organization of different legends that are featuring," rapper Dave tells Radio 1 Newsbeat.
He says it will be a "unique test and experience" to past gigs. "To feature a celebration of that greatness and size, I believe, is an intriguing test to do north of two dates in two unique pieces of the UK," he says.
Dave, who won the 2019 Mercury Prize, will turn into the most youthful craftsman to feature the celebrations. The rapper, 23, is arranging large visuals and expectations. His set will amaze individuals and make an encounter "that is molded and centered around the measure of time I'm in front of an audience."
"I will attempt to have the greatest creation esteem that I can," he adds. Also, it's a unique second for the musical crew Bring Me The Horizon. Lead artist Oliver Sykes and keyboardist Jordan Fish have told Newsbeat they're "very blown away" to feature. "It seems like it's so difficult for new groups, particularly a directly up rock metal band, to have the option to push through and turn into the main celebration event," Oliver says.
