Buffalo Shooting: A gunman tries to further "riot"

A gunman who killed ten people at a convenience store in Buffalo, New York, is planning a new attack after Saturday's mass shooting, police said.
The 18-year-old suspect drove more than 320 km (200 miles) to commit the alleged hate crime. He plans to go ahead and "shoot more black people," the Buffalo police chief told US media. The victims were a retiree, a former police officer, and a grandmother.
A 180-page document has emerged, apparently written by alleged assailant Peyton Hendron, in which he describes himself as a fascist and white supporter.
Questions are being questioned about how he managed to carry out the shooting after expressed fears. "I want to know what people know and when they find out," New York Governor Katie Hochul told News.
FBI officials have confirmed the shooter spent a day and a half in hospital last year undergoing a psychiatric evaluation after writing that he attempted homicide/suicide on a high school project.
No criminal charges were pointed due to the incident, and Buffalo Police Chief Joseph Gramagia told reporters that the shooter only made a "general threat."
He didn't seem to be being watched. Gramaglia told US media there was evidence that he intended to go to a second store on Saturday if he was not stopped.
On Monday, police said he visited Buffalo in March and again the day before the fatal mass shooting. Meanwhile, a gun shop owner selling the semi-automatic weapons used in the attack told several US media outlets that no warning was issued because he was setting the suspect's name through government systems to check his past.
