Billy Eilish temporarily suspended his show at London's O2 Hall on Saturday after some fans struggled with the heat.

"You are okay?" he asked. "People passed out and pulled him out. It's hot, I know."

After fans said they were "upset," he paused the music until the pressure in front of the stage eased.

"Back off, give everyone some space," Ailish said. "If someone looks a little worried, let someone know."

She added, "Don't try to hide your feelings."

Previously, Ailish asked the O2 security team to distribute water to the audience. This is not the first time the singer has stopped concerts to check on her fans.

In February, she stopped her Happier Than Ever tour in Atlanta after seeing someone struggling to breathe and refusing to continue until she had access to an inhaler.

"Can we get just one?" he asked a crew member. Later that month, he stopped a show at Madison Square Garden in New York City, telling fans, "If you want to sit down, you're right. Come on, you're fine. Sit down, take a breath."

Crowd safety concerns have been in the spotlight since a crash at the Astroworld Travis Scott Festival in Houston last year that killed ten people.

Fans in the audience then criticized the reaction from the emergency services and asked why the organizers didn't cancel the concert.

At the O2 on Saturday night, the fans took matters into their own hands. After seeing a colleague in distress, a group formed a protective circle and turned on the lights on their phones to alert the security team.

Eilish resumed her show in three minutes. He later thanked "all the guards [and] all the staff at the scene," adding, "I appreciate you."
